Why does speed matter?

Cache and server optimization

We configure full-page cache and object cache. This means typical product and category pages are served instantly — without server-side regeneration on every request. A traffic spike from an ad campaign will not bring down the server.

Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS)

These are Google's ranking metrics. LCP measures how quickly the main content loads. INP measures responsiveness to clicks. CLS measures whether page elements jump around during loading. We configure the store so these metrics are in the green range from day one.

Image optimization

We convert product images to WebP and AVIF formats — up to 50% lighter than JPEG at the same visual quality. We also generate different sizes for different devices, so a smartphone does not download an image sized for a 4K monitor.
